Once I've signed up, how will I receive notifications?

Notifications are sent as a text message and/or e-mail and/or as a voice call. Exactly how a notification is sent will depend on the nature and urgency of the event. Mobile phone numbers can receive both a text message and a voice call while landline numbers will receive only voice calls. Email, if sent will be delivered to the email address you used to create your account.

I agree to allow the Regional District of Central Kootenay to contact me by telephone, email or text message regarding water service events. I understand that contact by telephone and text message will occur upon the onset of the water notifications program. Contact by email is not a current service but may occur in future years.
