How will I know that I've completed the sign up process properly?

Once you've entered a phone number for your profile, selected your notification area(s) and selected the 'Submit' button a new screen will load. At the top of the new screen, you will see an alert message indicating that the "Contact was successfully created". This message serves as your confirmation.
